  1. 150 g cooked Chicken

  2. 31 g Newman’s BBQ sauce

  3. 75 g cooked Green Beans

  4. Small roll (about 40-50g) 5g butter

Reheat chicken, green beans and BBQ sauce in microwave. Serve with roll and butter.
