Chilly Stew

It doesn’t have to be a chilly day to enjoy this Chilly Stew! This recipe is great any time of the year. Make extra batches of Chilly Stew for easy lunch the next day 😉

Chilly Stew


  1. 1lb Cooked Ground Turkey

  2. 2 1/2  C diced tomatoes

  3. 1/2 C Salsa

  4. 1 can Black Beans

  5. 1/2 C Sweet Frozen Corn

  6. 1/2 c. raw onions

  7. 1/2  raw green peppers

  8. 2 cloves garlic

  1. Place onions, garlic and raw peppers in frying pan with olive oil spray.

  2. Saute until tender.

  3. Place all ingredients in large pot.

  4. Stir occasionally.

  5. Cook until heated.

Servings: 8

Add a side of tortilla chips (1 oz).
