Peanut Butter Chocolatte Shape It Up Recipes

Ingredients

1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup of frozen coffee (brew coffee and pour into ice cube trays in advance to freeze)

1 T of PB2 (peanut butter powder product) *you can use 1 T of regular peanut butter but will change the nutritional breakdown.

1 scoop of protein powder (20-25 grams of protein)
